I’m originally from Great Bend, Kansas, and grew up in Emporia, where I earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Health Promotion from Emporia State University.

Massachusetts Street has just about any cuisine you could want. Whether you like oysters, pasta, pizza, chicken wings, or burgers and fries, Lawrence has it all. Ask me for recommendations.

Lake Days

Douglas, Jefferson, and Franklin counties have many options for picnics, swimming, hiking, biking, fishing, kayaking, and anything else your outdoor heart desires. Recharge with a lazy day at the lake.

Live Music

In a college town, we get top-notch touring musicians, and we're only half an hour to larger venues in Kansas City. There's nothing like live music, and if I'm not catching it locally, I'll travel to see my favorites.
